The aim of this site is to share information about everything robotic.

Currently this technology is in its infancy, like computers were in the in the late 1970’s to early 1980’s. Also like this time, people getting into the wild west of robotics now are getting ready to reap the rewards when it finally reaches it golden age. Of course no one knows exactly when that will be.

For computers it grew from the late seventies where it was the domain of the nerd or geek (two horrible words in my opinion to describe people who were trailblazers) and reached saturation into a majority of homes by early 2000s. For computers, this was the start of the golden age. Today there are not many homes that do not have a computer of some description be it a mobile phone, tablet or computer.
